- Did you use multiple e-mail addresses to log in? No problem; in this case we can connect all of your profiles together. Simply send us a message here indicating the different e-mail addresses used and the one which you would like to be associated with your account from now on.
- In the event that you have the same address but ending with "Googlemail" or "Gmail", we recognise them as two different addresses. So please use the same spelling when logging into your Makerist account.
- A spelling error has perhaps occurred? In this case, please again send us a message specifying your e-mail address and we will verify from our side whether the same address is registered on our platform.
